The Secular Liberal NY mayor Cuomo, just gave carte blanche return of voting rights to all NY Parolees. Those of us real Americans need to do everything in our power to vote and encourage likewise real Americans to vote in every election.

I write this as our embassies are under attack and four brave Americans were murdered. For those misguided Libs who actually trust Obama's presidency as a safeguard. As this situation plays out it points up many important points for Americans to realize. 1.) Islam cannot be thought of as a "religion" in the sense most of us equate with that term. We tend to equate religion with a belief system that tries to straighten our path, but does not DEMAND total allegiance and does not require us to kill people who don't follow it. 2.) Atheists and Agnostics are wont to kick sand at religion in this country. Muslims would take your head in public. 3.) Fringe groups like gays would also lose their heads in a Muslim society. Those are just a couple of reasons why people might want an administration that does not bow and quake and grovel to the Mid-east powers. Our many freedoms do not exist in other places and unless you've lived under the yoke of tyranny you really can't imagine how totally oppressive it is.

Okay, I'm going to make this simple (not EBONICALLY simple) so that you smaller-brained pop-culture types will be able to understand what I mean.

I'm an American. I am a citizen of the United States. Are you an American too (based on those criteria?) Ah,ah,ah...shut up and just answer yea or nay! If you answered "yea", then this post is written just for you.

The world is a big place. It can represent a very big playing field. You probably haven't noticed, because you've had your attention focused on today's pop-star fix, and haven't read a REAL book in a long time (if ever) but the coating is quickly flaking off the silver spoon of being an American. We are no longer the darling of the world. Our students are no longer the smartest, nor even close. Our industries are crumbling and disappearing before our eyes, and with them will go our economy. Ah yes, in the cold light of our new world you have to actually be productive to succeed. The enemy IS at the gate, and the wolf IS at the door. You can play your stupid Ipod to try to ignore these things, but they are real and true!

So what, you ask. Well, as lazy and uneducated as most of you are, you can't really do much to prevent our slide downwards. I can promise you this though, you will NOT like living in the world as a member of this society as it descends deeper into the sewer. If you think things are tough now you are really going to be unhappy later.

So, why am I even bringing it up, since most of my audience are worthless? Very simply, even if you can't do much, productively, to aid our cause, you can at least STFU and quit defeating us from within.

"Civil Rights" have been hammered shitless. Shut up already! Hell, as a WASP, I have been damaged a whole lot more by society's overcompensation than you EVER were, unless you want to hide your laziness behind "disadvantages".

My advice is that all of us, who answered "yea" to my question need to act like they are each part of the American team. Shut up and stop whining! Like it or not, we are all in this together. I wish we truly had the right to keep "expressing our individuality", but we can't afford that crap at this point. We have let our standards and expections slip for far too long. If you think that your fellow Americans are your enemy, it's only because you haven't lived under the enemy's heel yet. I suggest that we all pull together, forget our petty bickering and man the castle. The siege began some time ago...and we are losing!

Recently, I was introduced to a writer, Fred Reed. His work is so well done that it seems ludicrous for me to continue this blog. I have read about a quarter of Fred's columns at www.fredoneverything.net and We share the same viewpoints on just about every issue. Besides that, Fred has a style which I envy, but cannot match. So I surely risk "gilding the lily" by continuing this blog. I am still undecided about the future of this blog, but I am very certain of one thing. You should go to Fred's website, pour a glass of your favorite libation and dig in. I am certain that you will appreciate Fred's candor even if you disagree with his message.

I must confess that I am judging Oprah Winfrey's actions based on the press she provides, not a a viewer of her television show. Like most talk-show hosts her ego is huge, but there is no fault there. Rather, Oprah, like many noveau riche takes an impossibly high-handed approach to things simply because she can. There is no intellect driving her success. She says inflammatory things about hot-button topics and the other swine line up at the troughs.

Particularly nauseating has been all the recent "junk" publicity that she squeezed out of a book, wherein the author misreprented some items as true. Wake up O! This is done by most authors all the time. We who actually READ books realize that this technique is referred to as literary license. If it was actually YOU who read this book and chose to recommend it...GET OVER IT! What most of us do is buy ANOTHER book and go on with our reading. I guess you are accustomed to being coddled and given special handling

It's clear to me that you are a perceptive (NOT bright)li'l minority who probably has other people read books, then spit them into your little mind, all predigested.

People like you do a great deal of damage to black people who are trying to make something of themselves based on merit and effort. You are a pathetic buffoon.

It really doesn't feel bad to an atavist. I guess the world would classify me as such (or worse.) If I could find jeans, sweats, Dockers and shirts that didn't wear out, I would never replace them. Does that statement sound silly or surprising? It doesn't to me.

How can a color or style wax and wane in popularity? The simple answer is...manipulation. The accepted term for my basic wardrobe choices would be "classic". Why in hell would anyone aspire AWAY from classic? The term is accurate. It embodies decent functionality and acceptable appearance. So why mess with it? Apparently, there is a tropistic drive to provide livlihood for "designers". These misguided idiots are certainly ill-suited to determine anything for anyone, since most of them are wildly-less than adequate individuals themselves.

The whole concept of "artisitic design" leaves me cold. Penn and Teller, in their appropriately titled series "Bullshit" did an oustanding job of revealing the sham behind such nuances as "Feng Shui". It turns out that none of the "expert design consultants" could agree, even fundamentally, with what was suitable and what was not. I'm certain is that the only "correctness" about the whole field is expressed by Penn and Teller's series title.

I like my classic outfits and if you don't than one of us is badly misled...guess who. That's right, you're wrong.
